This one-on-one, virtual session with the practitioner offers gentle, exploratory movements and clear verbal cues. You will improve awareness, ease, and coordination while learning new options for how you sit, stand, and move through daily life.
FI® sessions are private and one-on-one between the practitioner and client. Through gentle touch and movement, your practitioner helps you sense patterns of tension, improve skeletal alignment, and discover easier, more comfortable ways of moving in daily life.
Taught in a group format, ATM® lessons are gentle, guided movement explorations that help you sense how you move, release unnecessary effort and discover easier, more efficient ways of using your whole self in everyday life.
You are invited to schedule a free 20-minute movement consultation to answer your questions and determine if exploring the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education is a good fit for you.
